Our Program - Your Journey
Clients complete a personal questionnaire and the DISC Leaders Assessment. They conduct a 30-minute session (in-person or Zoom) with follow-up questions and prompts.

Seneca Rocks, Grand Canyon, Pisgah National Forest, Prince William National Forest, Mt. Washington, Acadia National Park, Catskill Mountains, George Washington National Forest.
Select the outdoor activities. Some of the activities we offer:
Rock Climbing, White Water Rafting, Canoeing, kayaking, Equine Leadership, Hiking, Camping.

Journey
We produce Individual Leadership Plans for each member of the journey which chart out a path forward with actionable goals and benchmarks for success. This plan guides you on your path to become a more effective leader, improving your organizational influence and emerging as more courageous and confident!
