Our Manager Bootcamp helps your managers become better leaders!

We emphasize experiential learning and self-inquiry to help you become a better leader and a more effective manager. This 5-week online course delivered virtually will accelerate your company’s leadership development and growth.

Before our first class, managers take an online DISC leadership assessment and complete a custom Forged Path leadership self-assessment.

Pre-Class Work:

Prior to each class manager’s are required to complete online work via our Learning Management System, CANVAS. We offer a reading, a video, or a podcast to meet your learning methods.

Classes:

Our classes meet for a 75 minutes session once per week over 5-weeks. We deliver class via Google Meet.

Post-Class Work:

After each class the managers will complete a reflective assignment.

1-1's:

Each manager will have a virtual 1-1 with The Forged Path staff to help chart a way forward to becoming a better leader.
